Instructions:

Step 1.
Login to the New Student Check-in System (using the same account with the Online Admission System).

Step 2.
Fill-in the GR11A Form (Student Data Record). Kindly provide the most up-to date information and please edit your personal record as necessary.

Step 3.
Upload all required documents.

Step 4.
Complete the payment of New Student Check in Fee (via either invoice or credit card).

Step 5.
Download your Student Service System Account and keep it with you.
