Under the 2015 Higher Education Standards (Mahidol University Regulations on Graduate Studies B.E. 2563 (2020)), the official graduation date is the date on which the result of the thesis/thematic paper examination is recorded as “Pass”. Students who have received a “Pass” result will no longer be able to access the system using their student ID.

Students whose status has been updated to “Graduated” will no longer be able to access the system using their student ID.

The examination result can be checked 7 days after the examination date through the Score menu.

Within 3 days of your payment, please proceed to the Registration menu, select the test, and the chosen session will be marked as Completed, indicating that your registration has been completed.

The venue and the seat number will be announced 2 days before the examination date through the Seat No menu.

The venue is at the Graduate Studies Building, Salaya Campus, Mahidol University.
