Required documents
- Application form for the Financial Assistance for Graduate Students in Emergency Cases, available to download at Website
- Evidence of experiencing emergency cases affecting financial status and/or evidence demonstrating financial difficulty.
- A copy of the student ID card and a copy of the Thai national ID card, or a copy of the passport (for international students).
- A copy of the house registration (for Thai applicants).
- A copy of the bank passbook showing the bank account number.
Please submit the completed application form together with all required documents to the Student Affairs and Networking Development Section, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, via the e-Document System at Website
