Eligibility

  1. The applicant must be a master's or doctoral student enrolled in a program under the financial coordination of the Faculty of Graduate Studies (excluding programs offered by the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University International College, College of Music, and College of Management). The applicant must have received an invitation to present their work at a national or international conference.
  2. The applicant must be a master's or doctoral student whose thesis title has been approved and who has received approval for the appointment of the thesis advisory committee.
  3. The applicant must not have previously received any scholarship to promote master's and doctoral students for academic presentations at conferences from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.
  4. The applicant must be listed as either the first author or a co-author of the academic work to be presented. The applicant must also include the name of the applicant's faculty/college/institute and Mahidol University as affiliations. The Mahidol University logo must appear in both oral presentations and poster presentations.
  5. If it is later discovered that the applicant does not meet any of the required qualifications, the Faculty of Graduate Studies reserves the right to fully reclaim the scholarship.

The Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, requires applicants to submit scholarship applications through the online system at least two months before the presentation period, according to the following schedule.
