Eligibility
- A graduate student of Mahidol University who wishes to apply for a tuition fee loan.
(First-year students with ID 69XXXXXX are eligible to apply starting from the second semester onwards.) - The applicant must not have any overdue payments remaining with the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.
- The applicant must receive a certification in written format from the Program Director and Major Advisor of the program that the applicant is studying.

The schedule for graduate loan applications and submission of supporting documents is as follows:

How to apply
- The application form for the Graduate Loan (MUGR SS03.1) can be downloaded from Website. Applicants must complete the application form, obtain approval from the Major Advisor and Program Director, and submit the completed application together with all required supporting documents via the e-Document System to the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.
All required documents must be successfully submitted within the specified deadline; otherwise, the application will not be considered. - The Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, will notify eligible applicants of the interview schedule via Student Email.
- The Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, will consider only applicants who meet the qualifications specified in Item 4.3 and pass the interview. The decision of the Faculty of Graduate Studies shall be final and no appeal will be accepted.
- The Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, will announce the list of graduate loan recipients via Student Email.
