Additional advantages of the programme

Graduate students in M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes can select their research topics from a wide variety of ongoing research both in the Department of Anatomy and in the Center of Excellence. Market demand for graduates from our programs is still high, especially in government and private universities. Graduates will be trained to be a professional in teaching and research skills.

Admission Requirements

Plan 1.1: Thesis only 
1) Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science or Health Science, Biomedical Science, Veterinary Science, Biological Science, or other related fields.
2) Have cumulative GPA not less than 3.00.
3) Must demonstrate clear readiness for doing independent research by submitting the following:
Preliminary Research Proposal: A brief proposal (approx. 500-1,000 words) outlining the intended area of study, research questions, and proposed methodology in Anatomy and Structural Biology.
Supervisor Acceptance: A formal letter from a potential faculty supervisor within the Department of Anatomy confirming their willingness to advise the applicant for the duration of the programme.
4)Other requirements shall follow those that specified by the Faculty of Graduate Studies
5)Qualifications different from 4) may be considered by the Program Administrative Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Plan 1.2 : Coursework and Thesis
1)Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biomedical, Bioengineering, or any biological sciences, Bachelor of Nursing, or other related fields.
2)Have cumulative GPA not less than 2.50. 
3)Other requirements shall follow those that specified by the Faculty of Graduate Studies
4)Qualifications different from 3) may be considered by the Program Administrative Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Job Option after Graduation

- Specialist in Anatomy and Structural Biology in educational institutions

- Researcher or scientist in Anatomy and Structural Biology and related biomedical fields in public and private research institutes

- Knowledge transfer specialist or consultant in Anatomy and Structural Biology in government or related private companies
