Schedule of GRID Courses for Graduate Students of Mahidol University academic year 2025 online during the June and July 2026 sessions (Semester 3, Academic Year 2025) (Online Teaching and Learning)

The Language Center Section, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, would like to inform you of the registration schedule for English course (GRID) that fulfill graduation English proficiency requirement. These courses will be conducted online during the June and July 2026 sessions (Semester 3, Academic Year 2025) as follows:

Semester 3 Academic Year 2025
Registration Schedule for GRID Courses (June and July 2026 Sessions)
Course Booking and Registration 1 – 15 April 2026
Invoice Printing and Tuition Fee Payment 23 April – 7 May 2026
Final Payment Deadline (Late payment may result in the cancellation of your registration) 7 May 2026
Course Withdrawal and Refund Request Period 18 - 22 May, 2026

The Comparison of English Proficiency Levels towards Language Courses (GRID)

Doctorl Degree Master degree, Diploma Program and Higher Diploma Program
Doctoral Degree Student (who have student ID no. 67 onwards.) Scores of Master degree, Diploma Program and Higher Diploma Program (student who have student ID no. 67 onwards.)
Doctoral Degree Student (who have student ID no. 63-66) Scores of Master degree, Diploma Program and Higher Diploma Program (student who have student ID no. 63-66)
Doctoral Degree Student (who have student ID no. 52-62) Scores of Master degree, Diploma Program and Higher Diploma Program (student who have student ID no. 59-62)
Scores of Master degree, Diploma Program and Higher Diploma Program (student who have student ID no. 52-58)

Schedule for GRID Courses June and July 2026


 

Students who do not wish to register and pay tuition fees for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026 must complete their final English course by June 2026 only.

1. Registration Procedure

  • 1.1 Log in to the Student Services System
  • 1.2 Click on the GRID System menu (on the left-hand side)
  • 1.3 Select Booking GRID Course
  • 1.4 Choose the course and month of enrollment
  • 1.5 Click Booking
Note: Due to limited seats, any course with fewer than five registered students will not be offered.

2. Tuition Fees

  • 2.1 Master’s Degree / Graduate Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma Level Courses
    1. GRID 530, GRID 531, GRID 532, and GRID 533: 4,000 Baht per credit (3 credits = 12,000 Baht)
    2. GRID 537: 4,000 Baht per credit (2 credits = 8,000 Baht)
  • 2.2 Master’s Degree / Graduate Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma Level Courses
    1. GRID 514, GRID 515, GRID 516, and GRID 517: 1,800 Baht per credit (3 credits = 5,400 Baht)

3. Class Schedule

  • 3.1 GRID 514, GRID 515, GRID 516 and GRID 517 Monday to Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m
  • 3.2 GRID 530, GRID 531, GRID 532, GRID 533 and GRID 537 Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

4. Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Students must submit refund requests between 18 - 22 May, 2026. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
