Rationale
Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol Universityaims for the quality of its graduate students to possess skills: communication, planning, and management including techniquesin analyzing factors towards organizational change, and leadership skills in order that students are ready to work for both private and government organisations. Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University launches FGS Lecture Series Project on “Organisational Transformation: Private Sector Perspectives” to encourage graduate students and realize on their readiness to work in different organisations.
