๑. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาใดสาขาหนึ่งด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ แพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ทันตแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต เภสัชศาสตรบัณฑิต สัตวแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต พยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต สาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต และสาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมรับรอง ๒. กรณีผู้สมัครชาวต่างชาติ ต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามแนวปฏิบัติมาตรฐานความรู้ภาษาไทยขั้นต่ำสำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่มาศึกษาต่อในหลักสูตรภาษาไทยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ๓. ได้แต้มระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒.๕๐ ๔. มีผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษผ่านตามเกณฑ์ของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ๕. ผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติต่างจากที่กำหนดในข้อ ๓ และข้อ ๔ อาจได้รับการพิจารณาให้เข้าศึกษา ตามดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรและคณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย

๑. นักวิจัย นักวิชาการด้านโภชนศาสตร์ ในสถาบันการศึกษา สถาบันวิจัย และโรงพยาบาล ๒. นักโภชนาการในโรงพยาบาล สถาบันสุขภาพ สถานบริการอาหาร สถานออกกำลังกาย หรือกระทรวง ทบวง กรมต่างๆ ๓. ที่ปรึกษา ผู้บริหารองค์กรภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน หน่วยงานวิจัย และหน่วยงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพ

จุดเด่นของหลักสูตร 1. สร้างนักโภชนาการที่สามารถผสมผสานและประยุกต์พื้นฐานด้านโภชนศาสตร์ เพื่อปฏิบัติงานในสาขาความเชี่ยวชาญต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับอาหารและโภชนาการ 2. หลักสูตรเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียน ให้สามารถเป็นผู้สอน/ผู้นำในองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านอาหารและโภชนาการ โดยมีให้เลือกด้านต่าง ๆ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ โภชนาการคลินิก พิษวิทยาทางอาหารและโภชนาการ โภชนาการเชิงการทดลองและชีวเคมี และโภชนาการชุมชน ผู้ที่จบการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรนี้สามารถทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโภชนาการทั้งในระดับโรงพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัย องค์กรเอกชน และหน่วยงานด้านนโยบาย ทั้งในระดับประเทศและนานาชาติ

[1] "Other Fees" which refer to "Research Fees and/or Equipment Fees" and "Work-Site Study Fees", The program may consider reduction or waives for students on case by case basis
[2] In the case of students required by the program to register for course or attend the defense examination of thesis thematic paper or independent study in summer semester the tuition fees shall be charged a rate of fifty-percent of the fixed rate tuition fees of each program.
[3] For foreign students, "Health Insurance Fee" is additionally required until graduation (3,500 THB per academic year).
