A person who has graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Science, a Bachelor of Science (Nursing and Midwifery), or a Higher Certificate in Nursing and Midwifery equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an educational institution accredited by the Office of the Higher Education Commission and the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council.
