On 3 December 2022, the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, arranged the webinar on the title “MUFGS Alumni: Conflict Management and Negotiation” via Zoom. The class was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mark Stephan Felix, a lecturer from the Department of Society and Health, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. This class consisted of several topics including the interplay of conflict, conflict management, and self-management in conflict using negotiation skills.
