Surveillance Audit (2nd round) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

On 30th July 2019, the Faculty of Graduate Study, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Suthep Wiyakrutta, Deputy Dean for Educational Innovation, together with the administrative board and the personnel of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, welcomed Mr. Chosit Thongsuphanon and Ms. Saikaew Tharakait, Auditors from Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Limited, for Surveillance Audit (2nd round) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 at meeting room 408 of Faculty of Graduate Studies Building, Mahidol University, Salaya. This surveillance audit covered the topics below:

• Management Processes and Activities
• Organizational Context, Need and Expectation of interested parties, Quality Manual, Policy, Objective Planning and Change control (Document & System)
• Management Review, use of logo., review of previous NCR
• Risk Management Process
• Customer Satisfaction
• Internal Quality Audit
• Customer Complaint, Corrective & Preventive Action, Continual Improvement Review of Previous NCR
• Standards, Codes & Regulatory/Statutory Requirements

At 4.15 p.m., the administrative board, the directors and the personnel of Faculty of Graduate Studies attended an event of closing the surveillance audit. Professor Dr. Patcharee Lertrit, Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies, gave a thank you speech to the auditors and listened to the results of evaluation, notice, and suggestions from the surveillance audit (2nd round) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
