Making Merit by Offering Lent Candles and Rains Cloth to Monks for the Year 2019

On 11^th July 2019, the Faculty of Graduate Studies organized a project in making merit by offering lent candles and rains cloth to monks for the year 2019 on the first floor of Faculty of Graduate Studies Building, Salaya. The administrative board and the personnel of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, led by Professor Dr. Patcharee Lertrit, Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies, attended the event. Nine monks from Wat Puranawas were invited for the event to receive food alms, necessities, lent candles, and rains cloth. The objectives of this event were to encourage the personnel of the Faculty of Graduate Studies to realize the importance of Buddhist Lent Day and to conserve Buddhist culture for prosperity of the personnel and their family members.
