Techniques in Providing Services as a Professional Workshop

The Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University organized the project titled "Techniques in Providing Services as a Professional Workshop" for the personnel of the Faculty of Graduate Studies on 6^th, 13^th, and 20^th June 2019. The objectives of the project were to provide knowledge about strategies and techniques in providing services as a professional to participants and to encourage the participants to use the knowledge for the benefit of the organization. Ms. Amornmarn Patarayanon, Service Specialist, gave a lecture in the event. The topics in the workshop included talking over the phone as a professional, providing impressive services, techniques in listening, speaking, and answering questions, and impulse control techniques. The objective of the project was to improve the administration of the Faculty of Graduate Studies to satisfy the people who receive services.
