The Faculty of Graduate Studies collaborated with the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and Royal Thai Embassy, Oslo, Norway to set up an international symposium on Neuroscience and Global Health 2018, from 6th August 2018 to 8th August 2018.
On 6th August 2018, the International Symposium on Neuroscience and Global Health 2018 was held at the Emeritus Professor Sirin Pibulniyom Meeting Room, the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University. Associate Professor Dr. Naipinij Kachapakdee, the coordinator between Mahidol University and University of Oslo, delivered a remark on the objectives of the conference.
Professor Dr. Patcharee Lertrit, the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, together with Professor Dr. Bundit Jaitsawang (the Program Director of the Doctor of Philosophy Program and the Master of Science Program in Neuroscience (International Program) / the Director of Neuroscience Research Center, the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University) and Associate Professor Dr. Apinunt Udomkit (the Deputy Director of the Division of Academic Affairs and Program Development, the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University) were invited to deliver a welcome speech for the conference. Also, Mr. Sithipon Vejprasit, the ambassador of Thailand to Oslo, Norway delivered a congratulatory remark for organizing the event. After that, several lectures were given:
