An Opening Ceremony for the Portraits of the Mahidol Royal Family

On 24^th September 2018, the Faculty of Graduate Studies set up an opening ceremony for the portraits of King Ananda Mahidol (King Rama VIII), King Bhumibol Adulyadej (King Rama IX), Prince Father Mahidol Adulyadej, Princess Mother Srinagarindra, and Princess Galyani Vadhana at the hall on the 2^nd floor of the Faculty of Graduate Studies Building, Salaya. Professor Dr. Patcharee Lertrit, the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies gave a remark for the event to Emeritus Professor Dr. Jisnuson Sawasdiwat (A Former Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies). Dr. Pairin Chuchottaworn (the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport), Associate Professor Dr. Than Supattharapan (the Acting Deputy Dean for Human Resource), Assistant Professor Dr. Ueampon Machimwong (the Acting Deputy Dean for Finance), Associate Professor Dr. Mantree Julasamai (A Former Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies), the director of the Graduate Studies of Mahidol University Alumni Association, Emeritus Professor Dr. Rasamidara Hunsawas (A Former Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies), together with the administrative board, the program director, the deputy deans and the personnel of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and representatives from other divisions of Mahidol University attended the event. The 7 portraits of the Mahidol Royal Family were given to the Faculty of Graduate Studies by Mr. Prawet Ingkadapha and Dr. Pairin Chuchotthawawon. The portraits were painted by Mr. Manop Suphanam. On this occasion, the participants in the event took photos together. Also, Yellow Star plant, the symbolic plant of King Rama X, was given to the Faculty of Graduate Studies to plant around the Faculty of Graduate Studies Building.
