We are delighted to announce that a special track for Master of Nursing Science program has been introduced for Nepali students. The program launching event and on-site interview was held at Hotel Annapurna, Kathmandu, on 21 September 2019. More than 100 people from private and public institutions and potential interested students join the event
Total program duration - 2 years
In this special track, Nepali students can spend 6 months in Nepal to conduct the research; only one and half year is to spend in Thailand for Theory and practical training. During one and half year to study at Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, students are expected to complete the required and elective courses of the programs which cover theory and practical training. After completion of these courseworks, students need to defend their thesis proposal in Thailand. On successful passing of thesis proposal and with the approval for thesis title, students can go back to Nepal for data collection and conduct the research under supervision of supervisor from Mahidol University and co-advisor from Nepal approved by Mahidol University for 6 months. On completion of thesis, supervisors and examination committee team will travel to Nepal to convene the students final thesis defence examination.
