1. Having a basic knowledge of health science 2. Undergraduates students or graduates who are holding a degree in Public Health or Health Science and related fields.
1. ต้องมีพื้นฐานในรายวิชาเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ 2. กำลังศึกษาอยู่ระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ

1. General Public who graduated bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Science, Health related degree 2. Those who are interested in continuing in the Master of Public Health (International program) 3. The Medical student from Doctor of Medicine Program, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University who is joining Pi-shape program in MD-MPH
1. บุคคลทั่วไป ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาได้รับปริญญาตรี สาขาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. บุคคลที่สนใจเข้าศึกษาต่อหลักสูตร Master of Public Health (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) 3. นักศึกษาแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่สนใจเข้าศึกษาต่อในหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) ในโครงการร่วม Pi-shape ในหลักสูตร MD-MPH
1. Describe the importance of natural history of diseases; assess health status, factors related to disease occurrence and population health dynamics. 2. Understand the principles of epidemiology and epidemiological methods, also be able to apply the epidemiological methods to describe patterns of disease occurrence. 3. Identify factors influencing the distribution of diseases; to investigate disease epidemic; to evaluate prevention and control program.
1. นักศึกษาสามารถอธิบายความสำคัญของธรรมชาติของการเกิดโรค สถานะสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดโรค 2. นักศึกษามีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการ และวิธีการศึกษาทางระบาดวิทยา 3. นักศึกษาสามารถประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการทางระบาดวิทยาเพื่อการระบุปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดโรค รวมไปถึงการสืบสวนการเกิดโรคระบาด และการประเมินโปรแกรมการป้องกันและควบคุมการเกิดโรค
สอบ
1. Class participation and Exercise 10 % 2. Midterm examination 35 % 3. Presentation (Clip video) 20 % 4. Final examination 35 % Required to attend at least 80% of the total course duration.
1. การมีส่วนร่วมในชั้นเรียนและการทำแบบฝึกหัด ร้อยละ 10 2. สอบกลางภาค ร้อยละ 35 3. การนำเสนอ (อัดคลิป video) ร้อยละ 20 4. สอบปลายภาค ร้อยละ 35 นักศึกษาต้องเข้าชั้นเรียนอย่างน้อยร้อยละ 80 ของระยะเวลาการศึกษาทั้งหมด
