นักวิชาการสาธารณสุข นักนโยบายทางด้านสาธารณสุข เจ้าหน้าที่องค์การระหว่างประเทศ เจ้าหน้าที่องค์การพัฒนาเอกชน ผู้ที่กำลังศึกษาทางด้านสาธารณสุขหรือสังคมศาสตร์สายสุขภาพในหลักสูตรอื่น และผู้สนใจทั่วไป

To enable participants to analyze public health challenges via global perspective by understanding population diversity, understand vulnerabilities specific to certain groups of populations in order to formulate an appropriate and effective policies and programs

เพื่อให้สามารถวิเคราะห์ความท้าทายทางด้านสาธารณสุขในมุมมองระดับโลก โดยเข้าใจความหลากหลายในกลุ่มประชากร และเข้าใจความเปราะบางที่มีความจำเพาะในบางกลุ่มประชากร ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การออกนโยบายหรือแผนงานที่มีความเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
