Admission Requirements
๑. เป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาได้รับปริญญาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต (พยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์) ประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์และการผดุงครรภ์ชั้นสูงเทียบเท่าปริญญาตรี จากสถาบันการศึกษาที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษาและสภาการพยาบาลรับรอง ๒. ได้แต้มระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม ไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒.๕๐ ๓. มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษตามเกณฑ์รับเข้าศึกษาของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ๔. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์ชั้น ๑ หรือ การพยาบาลชั้น ๑ ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ ๕. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานพยาบาลอย่างน้อย ๑ ปี ๖. กรณีผู้สมัครชาวต่างชาติ ต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามแนวปฏิบัติมาตรฐานความรู้ภาษาไทยขั้นต่ำสำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่มาศึกษาต่อในหลักสูตรภาษาไทยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ต้องสำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์หรือเทียบเท่า และได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลโดยสภาวิชาชีพหรือองค์กรที่รับผิดชอบในประเทศของผู้สมัคร หรือรับรองโดยหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลวิชาชีพพยาบาล (Nursing Regulatory Authority) ในประเทศของผู้สมัคร และมีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมาแล้วอย่างน้อย ๑ ปี ๗. ผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติต่างจากที่กำหนดในข้อ ๒.๒.๒ ถึงข้อ ๒.๒.๖ อาจได้รับการพิจารณาให้สมัครเข้ารับการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษา ตามดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร และคณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย

[1] "Other Fees" which refer to "Research Fees and/or Equipment Fees" and "Work-Site Study Fees", The program may consider reduction or waives for students on case by case basis
[2] In the case of students required by the program to register for course or attend the defense examination of thesis thematic paper or independent study in summer semester the tuition fees shall be charged a rate of fifty-percent of the fixed rate tuition fees of each program.
[3] For foreign students, "Health Insurance Fee" is additionally required until graduation (3,500 THB per academic year).
