		Doctoral Plan 2.1 (Coursework and Thesis for students with Master Degree)

Admission Requirements
Plan 1 Research only Plan 1.1 For students with Master's Degree The applicants must have the following qualifications: 1) Hold a Master of Public Health, Master of Science (Public Health) or equivalent degree majoring in family and reproductive health, infectious diseases, epidemiology, health education and health promotion, nutrition, public health administration, health sciences or other related majors from academic institutes accredited by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation 2) Must have at least three years of mid-level management experience in a relevant public health or professional health field/organization after completing a Master degree program in clause 1 3) Have to be the first author or corresponding author of at least one research article published in an international - peer reviewed journal 4) Have a minimum grade point average of 3.50 in a previous master's degree or equivalent degree 5) Have an English Proficiency Examination score as the Requirement of the Faculty of Graduate Studies 6) Persons who have different qualifications specified in clause 4 and clause 5, may be considered for admission into a program at the discretion of the Program Administrative Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies Plan 2 Coursework and research Plan 2.1 For students with Master's Degree The applicants must have the following qualifications: 1) Hold a Master of Public Health, Master of Science (Public Health) or equivalent degree majoring in family and reproductive health, infectious diseases, epidemiology, health education and health promotion, nutrition, public health administration, health sciences or other related majors from academic institutes accredited by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation 2) Have a minimum grade point average of 3.50 3) Have an English Proficiency Examination score as the Requirement of Faculty of Graduate Studies 4) Have at least five years work experience in public health or other related fields after completing a Bachelor degree program or have at least one year work experience in public health or other related fields after completing a Master degree program 5) Persons who have different qualifications specified in clauses 2 to 4 may be considered for admission into the program at the discretion of the Program Administrative Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies

[2] In the case of students required by the program to register for course or attend the defense examination of thesis thematic paper or independent study in summer semester the tuition fees shall be charged a rate of fifty-percent of the fixed rate tuition fees of each program.
[3] For foreign students, "Health Insurance Fee" is additionally required until graduation (3,500 THB per academic year).
