Admission Requirements
๑. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ จากสถาบันการศึกษาที่สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม และสภาการพยาบาลให้การรับรอง และมีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมาแล้ว อย่างน้อย ๑ ปี ๒. มีระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒.๕๐ ๓. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์ชั้น ๑ หรือการพยาบาลชั้น ๑ ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ ๔. มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามข้อบังคับที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนดตามระเบียบการคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ๕. มีผลคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษผ่านตามเกณฑ์ของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ๖. ผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัตินอกเหนือจากเกณฑ์ดังกล่าว อาจได้รับการพิจารณาให้สมัครเข้ารับการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาตามดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรฯและคณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย

๑. พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการด้านสุขภาพทั้งภาครัฐ และเอกชน ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ งานเวชปฏิบัติครอบครัวและชุมชนและศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชน กลุ่มงานเวชกรรมสังคม/กลุ่มงานการพยาบาลชุมชน โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข หน่วยเวชศาสตร์ชุมชน เวชศาสตร์ครอบครัว โรงพยาบาลชุมชน โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป และหน่วยบริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิของภาคเอกชน หรือ องค์กรที่ไม่ใช่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ๒. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชน ๓. นักวิชาการ วิทยากร หรือนักวิจัยในสถาบันวิชาการของภาครัฐและเอกชน องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ และองค์กรอิสระ

[2] In the case of students required by the program to register for course or attend the defense examination of thesis thematic paper or independent study in summer semester the tuition fees shall be charged a rate of fifty-percent of the fixed rate tuition fees of each program.
[3] For foreign students, "Health Insurance Fee" is additionally required until graduation (3,500 THB per academic year).
